My Disco 3rd row of seats proving little problem. The nearside one will not fold to store but sticks in half closed position. Soaked in WD 40 since yesterday. Still not releasing. Right side one works perfectly, both up and down. Seems the tubular sub frame part is not releasing on rotation...

Just looking around newly acquired Disco TD5, and see there is strip of black coloured foam across a vent (?) below windscreen, under bonnet. It is flimsy and falling apart. What purpose does it serve, and ought it be replaced.
