    Full lock judder

Tracking possibly? With your steering wheel straight ahead see if the front left wheel is pointing straight forward, and the front right wheel is toeing out slightly. That'd make your right wheel hit the chassis/arm and judder. Had this problem myself but turning left and thats what is was...

    Crankshaft pulley bolt TD5

My crankshaft pulley bolt somehow managed to loosen itself, I'm trying to fix it at the moment. Having a problem keeping the pulley still while I try and tighten it. Got any ideas? Whatever it is, it has to be strong as it has to go up to 336lb/ft. Thanks, Ash

    200-300tdi

What are the differences? Different gearbox, from LT77 to R380. Several parts strengthened. But thats all the detail I can find on tintaweb. Anyone fancy elaborating for me? Also will the R380 go straight onto the 200 without any messing around? Not thinking of a conversion like, I'm just...

    td5 isnt liking the cold

Not a good week in Lil-landies world...

Just gone out and fitted the auxiliary idler pulley and bracket. Fitted aux belt (bitch of a job without removing the fan...which I didn't) Started up engine, fan isn't moving. "What?" Methinks. Goes around, looks down, the main bolt out my crankshaft pulley (correct name?) is sitting out, all...
