Look at the front cv joint on the propshaft. see if you get any play in it. Not too unusual problem, normally between 35 to 50 speed, feels like a unbalanced tyre. if you find any play then just drop the prop off and see if it goes away.

I would put my money on the front cv joint on the propshaft. Either get hold of prop and see if you get any play in the joint, if so then drop prop off and take for a test.

If you do a search on the web, there are companies who have specialist pullers that will be able to get it out with out having to damage anything else. Normally if you give it a good soaking in penetrating oil they usually do eventually come out, but from what you have tried that may not work...

Should have posted, its was the front cv joint on the prop, have now got a replacement, and all is well.

You could try bleeding it. But would look at replacing the master cylinder, as would put my money on the seals starting to fail. There is also the possability of wear on the clutch plate springs or slave. If either of the two then if not doing the job yourself then look at £500 ish with all in.

Like has been said its the clasic symptoms of a failing injector. If they come out ok would be worth getting them tested/refurbed first to eliminate them.

Do a search on here for recalibration of rear window, see if that helps first.

are you sure its not the master cylinder that is the problem, as it would be unusual if they did not fit a new slave when you had the clutch done.

just a thought, have you tried resetting the fuel cut off switch. It may be you have knocked it when doing the work.

Hi derryk, if you want a good job with a indi then for my money i would go to C & A at colne. They are a good set of lads and will do a good job for a fair price. As the use genuine parts for the service it will not invalidate the warranty.
