Brake pedal box,Clutch pedal box seals

I'm ready to put the pedal boxes back in the bulkhead but the old seals are scrap, does anyone have a cheaper fix than the costly replacements?

My First rebuild - 110 station wagon

That's incredible finish you achieve with the conditions that you are spraying in, I'm jealous as hell. I on the other hand can produce lovely runs consistently which I'm learning to accept as giving it some character. Well done and love the colour.

    1991 200tdi Defender Rebuild

I didn't get a lot done this weekend with having to do the timing belt on my car on Saturday and then working until lunchtime today, all I got done was put the bulkhead on which to much relief fitted a treat.

    1991 200tdi Defender Rebuild

Its testing my patience at present but I can see the end soon, I was going to go the route of replacing the footwells but they look flimsy so I made a a jig to fold my own and made them out of 3mm steel. It was a lot of work but enjoyable also and I'm pretty happy with the end result.

    1991 200tdi Defender Rebuild

Finally got the bulkhead welded and all welds ground and primed, what a pain in the ass of job it turned out to be! Just the finish coat to go on and get the bloody thing back on and move on to something else.

110 defender rebuild project and v8 conversion

I got a tenner for my scrap chassis a few months ago and that was after spending a few months welding on around half its weight in new steel. Probably cost more to take to the scrapyard lol.

    Air impact wrench

I would say thats the problem, even a 50lt 3h twin cylinder would struggle with a nut gun. Unless you have a need and room for 150/200lt 3h then consider a battery version. The upside to battery is no hoses to trail about and freedom to bring it anywhere you go.

    Air impact wrench

The Milwaukee is a decent gun but theres a few new ones out on the market that leave it for dust, if you can call to your local dewalt dealer and check out Dewalt dcf899 its a beast of a machine and not that expensive.

    Air impact wrench

Hi, I work in a power tool shop and supply compressors and nutt guns to trade. What size tank is on yours ?. That set up is old school now due to how much battery power has progressed, we recommend a min 150 Lt tank and three horse for nutt spinners and a gun rated to 650nm to take wheel nuts...
