plate the top rust with thin sheet and that will be ok, but that bottom post and door pillars etc, you can buy a made up panel to weld straight in look on ebay gez

hi, maybe a silly question but i dont no so ill ask, are the original holes in the chassis (the little round ones) ok the weld over as all i can see is there let water in and eventally rot the chassis inside out, i thought if welded over it will stop intenal rot problems in the future, but maybe...

Thank you, ill try defo as seem such a shame to scrap the good bits on my 5 door as can make 1 good disco outa the 2, plus were lifting it so replacing brake lines anyways

thanks there both 300tdi, but brakes etc are staying on the axles i was thinking of disconecting the whole lot and swaping if possible. so if i can will it just be brake lines, trailings arms, suspention to disconnect ?

Green hornet im loving your disco youve done a brillant job, im liking the smooth look without the bumpers and like to go that route atleast for now but is it road legal and mot standard, have you had any problems ie police lol, thanks :)

hi ive got a rust bucket 5door disco that need scraping but bought a 3 door with few little body issues but chassis is perfect, but were the 3 door has sat for year or so the axles and brakes etc look abit rusty (surface) but i no my 5 door axles, brakes etc are fine and would rather put them on...
