Everything is fine on that behalf...BUT...got a compression tester, every cylinder was between 450 and 500 psi, apart from cylinder 2 which was barely a 100 psi presumed a bent valve...so got the cam lined up perfect, used a 6mm drill bit to lock it up. And...HEY PRESTO!! The chains slipped, ya...

Yea there is back pressure coming from the rocker cover like...it must still have compression as it starts to hydrolock with fuel when excessively keeping my foot down when cranking over because of over fueling, im going to get myself a compression tester today and have a mooch...

Cheers for the vid though! Mine wont run on the easy start, im literally at my witts end with it now! :mad: The one thing i did notice was a little bit of oil in the ecu, but not loads only a bit of residue in it, not enough to warrant saying its that either!

There isnt any fault codes showing up using the snap on tool theres no issue with that, its brand new lol, i just got a borrow of it for the afternoon...i mean in general i have used easy start before so i know how to use it and used it a few times on the engine but still nothing, im a sprayer...

I know ive used it loads mate, i took the big intercooler pipe off and put it straight into the manifold, it barely does anythin

Ahh thanks...so the air bleed valve in the fuel filter head, is that in all 4 of the connectors, or isit just one? In short do i have to change all four connections?

I changed the starter over from my running td5, so no issues there...i can hear the pump, but im going to swap the pumps round from my running td5 tomorrow..isit worth swapping the FPR also? Could this fail if so what would it do? Cheers

No fault codes at all...yeah the pump is going, as ive checked its getting fuel at the cooler....also what would cause a fuel pressure issue? Could the FPR have failed? ...i swapped the crank sensor for a working one out of my other td5, what/why would cause this voltage drop, battery? It has a...

Sorry i get you, no its getting juice all fine...i have a manual td5 im using so im going to swap bits as i go...im thinking of the fuel pump first, then injectors, if that fails it must be ecu

They did anyway, but they definatley do now ive reprogrammed them just to be sure:)...but still nothing, looking at the data, looks to me like fuel delivery?

ive of put my td5 whas not starting on a snap-on diagnostic on cylinder balanc. Each time i cranked over i got different cylinders down random patterns, i checked my other running td5 and they were all near enough matching....can anyone tell me why the injectors are all out of whack? Does this...

Got a borrow of a new snapon scanner, checked the injectors & reprogrammed them, 4 are blacktop then number 5 is blue? Maybe seel replace dont know...anyway watched live data cylinder balance & this what follows,they are all out of sync & each cylinder alternates being out of range, some...

Yep done the crank sensor, im literally at a loss now, havent a clue...absolute nightmare!

Little update, done the injector seals, still no better

Had it diagnosed, by an auto elec mentioned earlier only has a cruise control fault, also i changed the crank sensor...only thing really noticeable about it now, is alot of diesal spraying out of oil cap, investigate further today more than likley chuffing injectors...
