i was thinking of putting a decent forward facing seat in a series, do you know what the regs are for one passing the mot with home made brackets? is it just the strength/resistance to forces in a crash i.e the spreading of weight appropriately?

its scary alright! Just like the number of times ive seen people looking at and fiddlin with the sat nav instead of looking where they're going wavin all over the place, nearly got taken of my bike by a guy trying to enter somethin into his while exiting the motorway! think they should be banned!

used somethin called 'profi-dry lube' its a motorbike chain lubricant that sprays like wd40 but creates a film of lubricant when it dries, worked great on a rear door lock, even used chain wax by castrol for a thicker covering, both about £5 but you can use it for loads a stuff!

so its a forward facing seat in the middle i was thinkin a rear facing sprog seat! there shud only b one to worry about so.... looks like i'm shoppin for a rear front facing seat and some seat belts, exmoor trim seem to do a decent seat but a tad expensive, not sure i trust second hand seats too...

did any one see the 700 mile trip an ambulance made following the sat nav? it was supposed to be less than a 50mile trip at the beginning! they seem to be crap! prefer to use a map, least it don't tell you to u turn on the m6 like me ol mans did!

Hello again! On my series 3 in line with the fuel line going to the carb, there is a silver metal cylinder with 'fuel save' written on it, i've never seen or heard of this, does anyone know what it is or what it is supposed to do? Was on when i got it, just never asked if the guy fitted it! Cheers
