    Its probably a rear air con model, but should still lock out of the way, but not as far in as left hand side. The rear air con units were fitted on the right hand side.

    Just a thought but is it in difflock on the transfer box, You probably dont have the option of it in the car,but someone previous may have done it with a spanner from underneath.

    They know that you won't just walk away as your car is undriveable, so they just fob you off as they do quickie jobs for cashflow. Done it myself years ago when I ran a garage, feel bad about it now.

    Water gets anywhere, your seals may be tiptop but water still gets past, the drain tubes end up bending slightly uphill above headlining before going down A posts, so you can end up with a puddle in your sunroof channel. If not your lucky, but many sunroofs that leak don't soak the headlining...

    I wouldnt bother, the motors will definately get wet & sieze, Im amazed when people say their sunroofs dont leak, because if you look how deep the drip channel is & only 2 drain tubes, then if you park on certain slopes in heavy rain, you'll notise that the motor is a good drain point. Stick...

    CDL doesnt lock all 4 wheels, it locks both axles, so you can still get a wheel to spin on both axles, just as Jamesmartin posted

    I remember when I used to work on D2 assembly line, they did fit steel spares to some cars,(rarely), I couldn't understand why, even our managers couldn't, but that was what the build card asked for, so it was ordered by the customer

    No the Td5 seats wont fit, unless you do a fair bit of fabrication work, you could make an armchair fit too if you do a lot of fabrication work, anything is possible to a certain extent.

    Landrover didnt make the chassis, they were supplied by Thompsons, GKN took them over a few years ago, holes are drain holes so dont weld em up just waxoyl as stated above

    The only thing that gets hotter is the valves as LPG is drier than petrol vapour, but Disco 2 V8 doesn't suffer from valve seat recession as quite a few other engines do

    Have you changed the brake hoses for longer ones? if so & not properly bled the braking system then there will be air in the ABS unit which will defo trigger 3 amigos, Supposed to be bled on Testbook but if you keep at it the air does eventually come out.
