My 2003 TD5 labours when starting, particularly from cold. Other than that it continues ro run perfectly. Always does start but starter motor has to work harder than it used to. Any ideas chaps?

Lads you're still not understanding it. Rear wheels were slipping but fronts weren't moving and we're off the ground.

That's my point. Rears were spinning yet fronts weren't even though I had diff lock engaged. Or at least I thought I had but maybe it hadn't properly engaged?

Appears to engage with dash light on etc but when rear wheels spinning yesterday on a hill, fronts were apparently not moving. What to check please?

Basic tool list for a 2003 110? I have limited lockable storage so can only carry the essentials. Given everyone's experiences, what would you say are the top 10 tools and/or pieces of kit? As sensible as possible please fellas.

Found an overnight RV park just on the perimeter of the centre of town. About 15-20 min walk. Sometimes having such a tall truck is a slight pain in the arse. Worth it though.

Anyone stayed in Bruges with their Landy? Struggling to find somewhere sensible to park. My 110 has a Patriot rack fitted so is quite tall and won't fit in the hotel car park.

It's just the "official" Waxoyl treatment centre in my area. Before n After did my 110 and to be fair it has lasted well over the 5 years since it was done. I suspect though that they were treating a well cared for chasis in the first place. I guess the question is whether you took a...

Thinking of replacing my low back second row seats with a couple of high back seats left and right, possibly leaving the middle open. Has anyone done this and have pictures? Its a 110 SW.

Your horse would not choose a Defender as it's tow vehicle. Can't remember a Defender ever making the ranks of "Best tow car". But just go and buy a 110 anyway. :D
