ok this might help you regarding the door seal, where the seal ends meet at the bottom, make sure there is a slight gap about 3mm will be enough, this should allow the water running down the seal exit outside. it worked for me

sounds like lack of fuel pressure ? you need to have pressure at the fuel filter, and at the injector rail, as you have fitted a new pump, test its output , remove the pipe to the filter and let it discharge into a suitable container, there should be a good flow rate, not to much air, also...
