    ok this might help you regarding the door seal, where the seal ends meet at the bottom, make sure there is a slight gap about 3mm will be enough, this should allow the water running down the seal exit outside. it worked for me

    another point you over look, you say you have tested the cam shaft sensor,i assume on the bench, but what you havent proved is that it is sending the correct signal to the ecu, sometimes simple methods work out to be quicker and less expensive
