also check yer brake drum on the back prop....see if ya kin jiggle it.....sometimes the nut in the centre of the drum behind the prop mounts gets a bit loose. btw...yer landy looks neat!! always liked the military colours

oil on yer clutch gives yu a shudder only if the clutch is slippin.....if not it cud b any of a number of things....as drippy sez, or xfer box bearings gone as a result of yer fooked uj's......

so if yer slippin the clutch in low gear it shudders, but with clutch fully out its gone.....

yu mean as ya take yer foot orf the clutch and pullin away???

got the guys from the local landy dealer buggin the ****e outta me to take up the new ones [have a fleet of 42 TD5's at the game farm] but told em they better find me more TD5's or im gonna go slitty with the new 70 series toyota

TD5's are tops in me book....330,000k and still runnin like a dream...minor probs...oil in injector harness, new oil cooler, new starter, new fuel pressure regulator being the biggies.....the rest just general preventative maintenance.

not sure on the 2.5....know TD5 like the back o me hand....pretty easy to find tho...will b close to the motor on the return to the radiator

yip, it will, but not by much, and not anywhere near the red zone. why'nt yu fit a proper temp gauge then yu kin see exactly where ya runnin at. mine runs a good 4mm below halfway, but i have others that run above and they all got the same thermostat

i only buy white...dunt show up the scratches n dents so bad

dunt be daft pos....the gauge is only an indicator, not a thermometer. the thermostat is pretty accurate......ideal temp is normally between 78 to 82deg c
