well,,,,, got landy down to tamworth.got missis in the landy to steer on a fixed bar. somehow she managed to jacknife the bar,but at least my van was there to knock into 3 times.so its in tamworth but not at garage,will not let her do any more driving.:frusty:

mmmmmmmm if only I had scaffolding pole. I have got old plate with tow ball on it so see if I can put it on somewhere.i have a tow bar with spring in middle so......

not to worry.my next door neighbour who`s a copper says he will jump in on Wednesday. I have got a static pole in shed so will see if I can attatch it to winch bumper somehow.

its a 200tdi so don't think its hydraulic......

oil and filters changed and only did 1 outin last month.oil was ok then. sank very fast in some dirty bog water,all engine was under water.snorkeled up but water still got in

swamped the disco weekend. all red lights on dash so turned engine off. when I was winched out checked oil on dipstick,all sludge, so do I try engine flush or chuck another 200tdi in? has anyone else done similar:confused:

I didn't take any too busy wading upto waste in dirty water.Allthough there will be some on another site soon.will keep you posted.

Got me out of a dirty great sink hole.great bit of winching:) engine knacard but got one sorted.
