just dont rush into anything 2.5k spent well is alot a landy but spent badly wont be. its the difference between an expensive d plate 2.5n/a and a cheap tdi on a h-j-k plate. choice is your i know what i'd go for espeacially if your not frantic about dents or minor restoration work.

not anything to do with torque settings is it. army have a tendancy to paint bolts different colous for different torque settings.

hi. for a 2.5k you should get somthing a bit smart acctually. i would value my 90td at about 2k and its not that bad. no rust any where and the only real issue with it is im slowly losing sycro between 4th and 3rd. i got mine from a local dealer as trade in for 600 notes with no tax and not much...

recently read on a website that if you shorten the acctuator lever bar it will increas the boost of your turbo. i think he did it to a 200tdi. eill this work on my td. and also if it does work whats a safe bosst increase? cheers,tom.:)

thats it we've started a craze! they'll be more early 90's with a td5 steering wheels than snorkels!

yeah if you want the tdi wheel you will have to chang the whole steering colum. the shaft for the tdi is tapered but the 90/110 one aint. didn't know about the td5 one tho. i dont much like the old style steering wheel either but if it fits i will be swapping me td wheel for td5 soon;)

i'll second that, never used ashcrofts personaly but only heard good things about em.

only you can tell us if it is the oil cooler rad. if it is there should be two unions sticking out of the engine side of the rad on the side next to yor expansion tank. the pipes from those unions would go back to the oil filter housing on the side of the engine, under the brake servo pump. if...

my 90, circa 1988, does and so did my old 1985 90. at a guess you probably do need it. althogh my friends suzuki, f reg, didn't have one and passed. i should have thought that if its fitted its got to work if not fitted it does'nt affect the test. only a guess!
