It amazes me how much oil RR motors take. Just keep pouring it in. At the other end of the scale I have a 650 motorcycle that takes precisely 950ml of semi synth.

I hope so. From what I've heard of the diesel boxes self destructing...

auto switching. There is a little loss of performance and my RR sounds a little different on gas - may need a little maintenance - but it make no difference sitting in a jam. Except cost.

I'm on an Admiral multi car thing. Both cars are comprehensive and business use and the lpg RR is (from memory) £230.

yup, you're right, but it was from a dealer and in a genuine box :) Didn't know you rode bikes too DT. I bought my RR to tow my bikes to the track.

but DT, yours is a doezil :) you would be fine, as you wouldn't need an MoT since the car wouldn't start. No need for road tax or insurance either :)

I had the same problem with the early RF unit. After receiving good advice here, I replaced it with the latest unit from a LR dealer de-stocking on ebay. Works perfectly and an easy and relatively cheap fix.

yes, not wanting to light up Jupiter, just wanting to see where I'm going. I think I'll try cleaning the inside of the reflectors and then go for something less than HiD and more than standard. The Osram sound good.

maybe I've been spoiled by my bikes and the S4, but the lights on my RR are pretty poor. 14 years old tho, so maybe they could do with some attention.

Does anyone have a recomendation for replacement headlight bulbs on the P38? HiDs might be nice. I have them on my Audi and no complaints. My headlights are pretty rubbish and I'd like to experiment with being able to see where I'm going at night. Radical, maybe... Thanks!

off roading? You mean like the car parking in Richmond Park?? My old thing is too pretty to do anything more than the occasional trip across grass. If I was to do anything more than that, my accessory list would comprise a 90 or a 110.
