Bit more info plugged in with my Sykes pickavant ace comes up with shuttle valve intermittent

Mine is random will give it ago sometime this week so I need to remove the shuttle valves to press to check the resistance

Will get the multi meter out tomorrow and try and work it out

Not done a thing I'm a mechanic by trade but try not to get involved with stripping abs pumps

Annoyingly probably not like I said the early disco were up under the steering Colum attached to the bulkhead so would think the 300 would be in the same place where abouts are you

on the 200 tdi they were up under by the steering coloum and looked like this so shouldnt be much differant

no on the discos its one of the relays in the foot well not behind the dash like on the defenders will see if i can find out which relay it is for the disco cas it will be differant to the defender

just checked the auto data and yes the 96 disco does have a dim dip so stands a very good chance as they are the most common cause for loss of dipped beam
