hi, did you get the problem sorted. mine is leaking a small amount of diesel, from the drivers side at the front. it also only happens when the engine is cold. i was told it was the fuel pump seals sometimes fail and as the engine gets warm they close up hence the leak stops.

hi all, my mates 51 reg td4 has started to leak fuel from the front drivers side. we removed the sump guard and you can see the fuel dripping down the side of the sump. where would it leak from on the fuel pump. cheers

hi all, turned ignition key on td4 and nothing, the battery is fine and all the other lectrics still work. have tried the usual stuff, theres no noise from the starter. if it was some engine sensor i guess it would still turn over. would it turn over if the imobilser was on. i have noticed...

hi all. on my third td4, other 2 did about 40mpg on a run and about 30 mpg around town. when i got my latest one i swapped the maf for a roveron item and one of his boxes. now i get about 30 mpg ona run. performance is fine for a td4. so what mpg do you get from your td4. cheers

def not best of roader, not sure about mpg. all that best of british is bull**** but they are cheap so long as they dont break down.

hi , i am going to include the maf from roy which has cured it. but the dealers giving me 5250 for a 2003 - 1 owner es station wagon. full leather - 17 inch alloys. 2 owners and full history up to 86,000. what do you think it will go on his forcourt for 7000 ? cheers
