With a hot engine/gearbox my 2.25 series diesel won't go into any forward gears in high range. If I select low range first and pull forward, I can then put it in high range and the forward gears work fine. Reverese works ok regardless. With a cold gearbox the high range works fine. Problem only...

Hi All, I need a new door top for my drivers door. I can get a glazed one for £68 or a door top and window channel fitting kit for £51 (using the original glass). Question is; How easy is it to fit the channels/seals to the door top? Is it worth the hassle to save £17? Cheers.

I have a series 2.25 diesel and on the oil filler neck is a small 'T' off. This has been blocked with a bolt by the previous owner. I assume it it supposed to be for some sort of breather hose. Am I correct and where should it be connected to?

Thanks for your responses. I had removed the small screws on the face of the drum and slackend off the adjusters. The head of the bleed nipple has been sheared off :( I'll have to try and undo the brake pipe to release the pressure that way.

Hi. To get my brake pedal to apply the brakes I have to pump the pedal a couple of times before it comes up and the brakes work. What would cause this? Also, I can't remove the rear drums as the are catching on the brake shoes. How can I get the drums off? Thanks for your help.
