Sounds more like exhaust gasket to me.

I need one of the manifold inserts for the rocker cover on rear bank on the V6. As you look at the engine it's the one on the left and connects to its twin brother on the front bank also on the left. Now there are two inserts on the rocker cover the one I need is the larger of the two...

They do indeed crack around the neck, mine did, but it didn't spew out any coolant. Difficult to tell form the video but that looks very full even hot. How much coolant do you have in the tank?

Clocked that I have the rattle of death from the inlet manifold. Oh well suppose it was only a matter of time, will clean out the rocker cover whilst it's off.

Have to agree with the fuse thing, the second change has worked wonders.

Had a partial change on mine probably about 2 years ago, improved, but gradually got worse. Had the 2-4 solenoid changes a while latter and things improved, but it gradually got worse again. Pulled fuse 4 which gave a very temporary improvement, so bit the proverbial and had another change...
