Well since fitting new batteries the remote seems to be working, for now anyway. Just give it some time, as the old ones did work again for some time before locking me out again. And just to confirm I dont get the ignition key in message on the dash.

Not too much to worry about if you're goin for the diseasel, but if you look at a V8, the first signs of trouble can be found in the coolant system. Look for level obviously, and colour. Nice clean water tinted with antifreeze is what you're after. Any signs of additives only point to possible...

Well another year dawns, so it was about time to take the Disco out on the plains again. Boomer, MuddyDisco4, Drewster, Boomers mate Batty and mesel set out for a bit of fun, mud and water. Lots of Ice and big frozen puddles about which made the day interestin. Must be losin my touch though...

Over the last couple of weeks I've had some strange problems with the remote locking on the P38. The first time, I locked the car as normal, did a bit of shopping, came back and the car refused to unlock on the remote. I could open it with the key but didn't have the EKA to get it running...
