Cheers for the suggestions guys. Can't actually find whats going wrong as the engine isn't actually getting very hot, so throwing in a new stat and temperature sender for good measure :)

How is that going to serve farmers/utilities/other pratical people :s Its going to end up in a scrap yard if someone even dents it :/

Can't imagine the radiator failing suddenly? Any easy way to check the pump?

Radiator is cool all over, but have been stopped for a while now at a services. My heater is permanently on hot so have refrained from fan useage but will give it a go.

Both rad lines hot, loads of coolant, Fans working and still wanting to overheat :(
