Greeting all, So this is my new project, as you can see, its in need of love among other things, My first issue is the sun roof, the whole electric sun rook works bar one very important part of it, O/S rear part does not raise to meet the seal, since its rained heavily last night, i'm going...

sun roof doesnt close propperly, the run to lift it to the seal is jammed/doesnt raise, currently jammed it up with Card board,

lower tailgate needs a respray anyway so not bothered about paint damage

any idea on teh part numbers for the upper tailgate latches or how to allign the tailgate propperly ?

chassis has been compeletely redone, just needs under sealing

Yeah i did notice, also its ignition needs adjusting as its been on gas before the valves and manifolds replaced

Its all mine ! Solid underneath, only some issues, Primary one is upper tailgate doesnt shut propperly, does require a bit of force on the courners for it to latch, the other is the cattle shed inside !

its a K Reg, ZF with b&w transfer box teh box has a hairline crack that i'm told weeps a little on long journeys, It might not be the gear, hoping it its the lever hta engages it, tend to break when people engage park when the cars still moving, could be worse, the netural switch isnt...

i think the head gasket has let go somewhere maybe, or the oil drain tube has blocked, sometimes a filter in the oil feed pipe to the turbo will give trouble, what oil have you used in its last service ?

wont fit, may do with quite a bit of modifications but not worth it

start motor would be a good place to start looking at, batttey also, need more info to be able to help
