Hi. You should be able to just disconnect the Sat Nav to restore all screen functions albeit in a rather ugly font. If you've already done this and you still get nothing on the screen then as has been said, you need to check all connections.

As Saint said. Check rear near side quarter for rain water. Also under spare wheel. Mines just started to leak and I get all the same symptoms. Wet CanBus connectors cause havoc.

What model RR do you have? Does the rumble happen at specific speed? Slight uphill gradient etc? Might be a gearbox problem.

Or the auxiliary drive belt tensioner or idler is on the way out. If it's this you might see iron fillings around.

You should check the oil level. Blown turbo seals can let engine oil into the inlet manifold and cause this.

My 04 l322 does this when the battery is low. Cold mornings are typical

The P0174 - Lean bank is often caused by split breather hoses, which let unmetered air into engine and upset the lambda sensors. Don't know about the cam sensor sorry.

This can happen if the wrong bolt is unscrewed when checking the gearbox oil level. Hopefully it won't be that, as it needs a (v. expensive) strip and rebuild to fix.

Sorry to disappoint, but the plugs you can see are for the seat heater and the seat belt "undone" sensor. The plug for the CC ECU is a much more substantial piece of kit.
