Here is an easier solution. Give a key to a friend and have them drive it around the block every week or two. Done!

Whatever paint I use I always consider if it is touchup able. Lots of guys here powdercoat bumpers, sliders, tire carriers, etc and then cry when they scratch it. I myself am a huge fan of NON-GLOSS black textured spray paint for bumpers, sliders, tire carriers, etc.

Steam cleaner for sure.

I have a 1987 ExMOD 90 with a 2.5l NA diesel. I need to change out the relays. The current ones have a part number of 33375e. Does anybody have a modern part number of part number for a different brand? I'm having no luck chasing these down, I need 3 of them Thanks, Dave

Yes it is but thank you for throwing that out. I'm going to try swapping out the relay first. If that doesn't work I'll break out the multimeter. Looking at the schematics the switched hot goes from the starter relay to the brake relay. Any other ideas, please don't be shy!

Got the starter working, cleaned up the ignition switch and the relay so at least it moves. I still have no brake lights or turn indicators if anybody has an idea where to start. I tested the switch on the top of the master cylinder for voltage. Zero on either side, shouldn't one of the sides...

Got it working, the relay attached to the wire you described wasn't working. Thanks, Dave
