Hi all Was out yesterday in very very deep water and mud and the clutch starting slipping for a while and then was fine. After looking under I realized i could see the fly wheel and there is a plate missing between engine and flywheel. Its a defender 90 running a discovery 3.9 v8

Hi guys. I have recently had a new rear prop fitted to my defender. after inspecting it myself i can see above 80mm of the spline is this normal? there is a slight bit of play up and down as well.

yes thats correct switch works fine light on lights off. but when i screw it in lights go off and dont come back on again with the pedle. ? confused

no not at all. its seems to be when i screw in a few mm the lights go out. iv tryed in and out. the old one was around half way. its like the part inside is to far foward?
