Hi Guys, Anyone got any photos of where to fit the gauge T peice at the manifold on a 200tdi? I have the small 2" long pipe running from the turbo to the wastegate actuator, and then a long plastic tube running across the engine to the other side - is this where i should be inserting the gauge...

Hi guys. My 200tdi (originally from a defender I believe; now in my S2a) does not have an intercooler fitted. I am looking to rectify this; am I right in saying an intercooler from any 200tdi iengine should fit (Def / Disco / etc)? Thanks

Replaced fuel lift pump and seems to have solved the problem! Also replaced the fuel filter and some of the old fuel lines. How do I check if the wastegate actuator is working OK? I can't move it by hand - is that a bad sign?

Guys, Quick question - where exactly do you tee this into? What pipe etc from the turbo? Also, what sort of pressure should a standard 200tdi (no intercooler fitted yet) be generating? OK - that was 2 questions! thanks for any help...

Guys - I know it's a while ago now but any chance you could post pictures of the pipe that you tee'd the boos gauge into please? I think I know which one from the discussion, but could do with the photographic evidence so to speak... Cheers

Nice one - sounds simple! I will replace it soon as - the little handle on the side of mine does nothing so I'm guessing due for replacement anyway. Hopefully this will sort the air 'leak' as well... Keep you posted... Thanks for all your help.

Thanks. I think (!) the turbo / air pipes are OK. I have checked for leaks best I can, but will double check. I'm definately getting air in the fuel lines from somewhere, as I increase revs I can see more and more bubbles coming through! Time to do some investigation of the pipes, but fuel...
