Why do you want to register it? I had a VR6 that was dual fuel but it was never registered as such.

I don't really know what I'm doing. It has all the lights fitted but they are not connected, the wiring harnesses are with the car but I'm nervous of electrics. Also, it needs a new distributor and I don't have a clue about them. It needs an exhaust fitting too, something else I've never done...

Yep, I don't know a great deal about Landys but it seems a little cheap, it looks remarkably good in the pictures and is very low miles.
