    Here She Is!!!

I don't think Hippo meant it in a horrible way. Rangies look their best with Range Rover wheels on. I upgraded the wheels on my car but kept them original size and original Land Rover wheels. Have a look on my thread, Pictures is the title.

Thanks Castor. I have book marked that for another time. I did post the photos but it seemed quite time consuming to resize them.

Bloody hell! That was painful but I sorted it. I am no computer wizz kid. Anyway the weather was reasonable today and the car has looked like a shed on wheels for the past few weeks, very mucky from the shooting season. So I thought I would give her a spring clean.

Just checked out the properties of the photo and its 1.46 MB so I think that's OK but the dimensions seem to be 3925 by 2884 pixels if that's what you mean. How do you make it smaller I cropped it as much as I could to get that figure. I'm not very au fait with this sort of stuff and I'm sure...

    Funny noise

Please can anyone advise me. My range rover engine (4.0 Gems) will be coming out on Wednesday to cure an oil leak which it has had since it was fully rebuilt with top hats. The car has had a replacement flex plate but has not had a replacement torque converter. Now the problem is the car has a...

Help! Running 02 4.4 v8 with no air filter

As warmer said with the damp weather at the moment I really do not think any damage will have been caused. The kind of debris you get in the bottom of air filter boxes IE dried leaves, the odd feather and possibly the odd fag end. If the engine were to ingest any of these objects it would just...

Just been a little bit sick init!

Because Gangsta innit. That's ####ing awful. If I won the lottery I would buy that and crush it immediately. It just sullies the image of Range Rovers.

emissions mot failure high co fc - PO116

Looking in the profile and getting the car reg. Then checking DVLA M.O.T expired 27 sept 2012 and untaxed. So I guess it didn't go well and the Rangie is now mud plugging in the sky.

    May be of interest

I have seen this episode a few times , but I still have a little chuckle when Ed and Mike are driving the finished car at the end of the show, they mention the air suspension and how good it is at keeping the car level through corners, the next shot shows the car taking a fairly gentle bend but...

P38 DSE on coil springs leaning on one side

I have to agree that it's sacrilege to put Range rovers on coil springs. It makes me sad to see nice looking cars advertised with the blurb "Coil conversion so no more expensive problems" I would not buy a Rangie on springs no matter how nice the rest of it was. There really isn't that much to...

What did you do with your Range Rover today

I can't understand why Range rovers let you do this. My Sterling would just make a bleeping sound and unlock the doors. There was no way you could push the lock button down unless the door was closed in which case you would be inside the car. A step back I think.

    Hello everybody.
