hello, after replacing the lamp washer pump because it wasn't squirting, not only was the pump knacked there is very intermittent power to it - not the usual every 3 or 5 squirts or whatever it is, once or twice power went to it in most of the afternoon messing with it. anyone out there...

i'll give the pump a clean then, its a bit hard to get to it as i cant get the reservoir out. looks like a previous owner tried to fix it and has bollox'd one of the nuts under the wing. not keen on taking a grinder to it in case it cracks or melts the tank!!

i cut-in some 6x9 jbl's into the rear pillars its a lot better (nothing like the quality they were in my last car they came out of!) but as you say needs more bass theres not enough room behind them to get the air to drive them. need the sub working but ive come to a bit of a dead end with that...

same state as you now rev, found where they were chopped and reconnected, hooked up the red and black wires to the sub output - but nothing-no sound :( (not even a crackle and bang what i was half expecting!)

rear jet and pipe is fine- blew through with an air line, you can here the pump working but its not pushing anything through. the light jets pump also sounds like its working but not got round to checking the pipes yet, so foook knows!!!!

search mantamads site for leaking sunroof guide, its about resitting the sunroof but it points you in the right direction for getting the head liner out :p
