yep i got one (in me shed some were) it worked well for my old ser 3 but you must start eng or battery will die v/quick. and don't have to close to screen it may crack/brake it,

did he use the right h/gasket i'v been told there are several thicknesses, just looked in the manual says the same.

so how did they disable it ?maybe just main fuse under bonnet. but you will need it lite for the mot if they notice that is.:confused:

have you taken the sensors out and cleaned them yet easy job,if not give it a go or just tap them all the way in first and try that (the pressure when wheel turns push them to right position) this worked for me.

just been out,(fecking cold ) try to hear with pipe again but still no joy placing the sound,but i did find a wire to injector next to b/head. some one said you can ajust inj pump by taking front cover off, so just had a look and there's 3 small nuts and 1 big one in middle so wot do you do ?

hi symun,i may be interested in the parts i have an unknown noise that's possibly injector pump ? mine is 300tdi with edc but i can't find wire on any injector so if nothing else which on is the wire on cheers pj

been on andy and you did reply ,but as you said then with out hearing the noise its hard to identify.i have had different peeps have a look but every ones different it needs stripping to put wright but also need it running asap. tap or knock ? lift pump done vac pump done tappets done undone...
