i iv picked up a brc windy lpg single point . iv fitted it but now stuck as when i got it i thort google the wiring but cant get anything right ****ed off with that so i need to know were these go , from the windy control unit grey this has a ring on end (like for over bolt may be coil?)...

nice one . the haeter can be flushed from engine bay 2 heater pipes run across to off eng disconnect both hosepipe in 1 let it run a bit then other way round worked for me.at lest your know if its blocked ps can you have a look and see wot lpg you have im having a prob wiring mine (brc windy)

hi all need to know the wiring for a brc windy lpg on my classic 35 efi also fitted to discos etc the wires yet to fit are all from windy control unit. grey brown green purple orange and black earth ? please have a look at yours it may be the same ? tryed the norm google etc.:cool2:

i have also had this problem in a classic it turned out tobe rear pads were sticky then over heated the brake fluid = no brakes sorted out b/calipers sorted the prob.

thanks for reply saint v8 , this is only to test the gas side of things i am waiting for the guy to return from his hols to get the rest of wiring which i left behind (der) you know wot its like new toy, any way i have wired it up ,turn petrol off / turn gas on . so now i have gas to vaporizer...

so with all the v8s thats got lpg only one has got this type and no one has tryed it on a switch ? we can't all afford to just take it to a garage

just got a s/hand brc single point lpg for my 35 rr, it came with all the bits? but i can't sortout the wiring . i can put l/n wire to rear solenoid and get gas at vap so if i was to put a switch to turn on/off solenoid at tank and another switch to turn on / off fuel pump i think that...

hi fett the 4 door /2 door i tryed but got a no for now (dakar ready ?) may be a few years back but to be honest dident get to see it only at a distance.

on mine with same problem it turned out to be the fuse box under the bonnet d/side had to change the whole thing.but did the job, but in the end got fed up with all the problems with the p38. now gone back to a classic and now when im going somewhere i allways arrive with the car i left with :dance:

well got anther classic on Friday went up to western s/m. with me mates transporter picked up from kyotekid67 nice bloke agreed a price on phone job done. anyway took it for mot today .only failed on a brake pipe couple of hr's later got me mot well happy :D

i make my own just buy a sheet off metal from any auto shop make a pattern from cardboard and bobs your girl friend done a few now and always look ok are you doing your own welding? o i do have a work shop so plenty off tools :D
