My login is jon.h I have no idea how these things work but thought that the "about me" gets the info from my profile. Maybe its not that simple. Maybe the magic is broke. Question, How do I sort it out. Simple words and explanations please.

Bit confused. Just checked my profile as suggested. It says I am a hairdresser. Apparently I got a freelander. Urrrrrrgggh. Anyway, joking apart, my profile says I got a 300tdi and TD5 but about me says freelander. Anyone got any ideas why this happens. Also my stats say 0 posts, 0 answers.

What have you done to your Landie today.

What I did to my Landy YESTERDAY. Well bought the TD5 GS a few weeks ago. Noticed that the head lining was showing signs of damp on both front corners. Was quite confident from experience that drain holes on sunroof were probably blocked. Anyway, checked them and found to be ok. So, headlining...

Seems to be a little confusion here. Don't own and never have owned a freelander. I got 2 discoverys. A 300 Tzu that I've had for 12 yrs and a 2003 td5 GS. Currently trying to stop the old one disappearing in a cloud of red dust and holes. But I love it. :D

Don't know what the argument is about. Freelanders are great for ladies to take the kids 200yds up the road and do the weekly shop. Even seen a few off road. Well parked on a grass verge while they tweek their make up.

    I fixed my overhating problem...

Mines nice and hot too. You may want to check if the system is bled correctly as i had a similar problem and had an air lock in the top of the thermostat. Bled the system and away to go. Saying that, if your temp needle is only reading 1/3rd then it may be as hot as it will get. Check the pipes...

    Help 300tdi manual box

Hi. Im new to this and could really use some help. My Discovery gear shift is hovering between 1st and 2nd when in neutral not 3rd and 4th. As you can imagine, it makes gear changes in traffic extremely entertaining. Has anyone got any info on what the problem is and how to solve it. Thanks Jon
