If the vc was seized would there be scrubbing/uneven wear on the tyres?

I think the minimum requirement for the front is 75% light transmission, the rear you can have as dark as you like.

I doubt it's the t/box, they either completely seize (mine did) or the morse chain snaps, both resulting in no drive at all.
