Well got the injectors reconditioned. Put them in the weekend. Couldn't find the washers that go on the end of the injector so put the new ones in anyway. Could I have put the new ones over the old ones accidentally? Couldn't find them to take em out of the head. Will this cause a great issue...

Changed the fuel filter and made no difference. Engine getting more lumpy now. Sent injectors to be reconditioned, will this help?

actually it is very smokey when working hard up hills, so might setting the tappets solve both issues?

should I check the tappet settings? If so where can I find these settings?

Something else is happening to my engine. There's oil being blown back up through the breather on the top of the engine. Does this mean there's a blocked breather somewhere? I think it's a 10j engine.

Why is my engine loosing power slowly? I've noticed on the hills I go up regularly every day i'm going slower and having to use lower gears to get up. Would the cold weather affect this? Starts up alright, sounds ok.

Could someone please tell me where the temperature sensor is for my 300tdi? I can find what looks like 2 senders on the top of the engine where the bleed screw is. Is it one of those. Cus they look diferent to the ones on Ebay. They have two terminals whereas the ones on Ebay only have 1...

I had a new front tyre put on my car and within a week it started to pull to one side. Tracking was OK, so swapped over the tyres from left to right and the car started pulling the other way. Took the car and tyre back to shop for a look. Turns out the new tyre was faulty.

Probably a quick one this. But I was gonna decat my Disco but got told I could no longer do this from new MOT laws. Apparently if your car had a cat it should still have a cat. So can I or can't I decat? Or are you guys who have decatted gonna have to go out and buy cats? Meeow!

Ok, I've found that the ratio is 1:3.5 So does anyone know if there's a difference between an imperial and a metric diff? Are they interchangeable? Mines imperial.
