Solved it today! There was a pipe from snorkel to air box which was squashing but still wasn't perfect when I replaced it so I bypassed the air box for a short journey and it was perfect so I'm goner change the filter for a new one and if that dosent sort it I will need to source a better...

Well thanks for the advice guys managed to sort the problem, it was coming from a plate someone had attached to the inner wing to stop wheel spray going onto the chassis! Some how it had bent forward and caught the wheel and ripped a chunk out of the tread. But never mind could have been worse...

Or if that dosent work put a jump lead from battery + to the starter live feed and try that could be a bad live wire! Dan Just noticed it's been said lol

Disconnected and it dies the same thing but just boosts higher first lol! The boost gauge is on the manifold, taking it the easiest way to check for delamination is just by looking inside the hoses? What would be getting blocked? Cheers again Dan

Haha cheers bud and I try not to overboost anyway very rarely give it any beans, I only tweeked it for sticky situations/times that I need it off road. if the actuator was duff would it still tail off with the actuator blocked off? I will have another look at it lol, May need an inhaler lol...

It was only tweeked a little bit as it seemed to struggle while off-road in certain areas but it's not the wastegate opening that's the problem it how premature it opens, seems low in the revs, I'm goner try and turn up the turbo slightly to see if it helps but I don't really give it any hammer...
