i have fitted a new steering damper , new prop u/j's and a new donut and she drives nice now.

i got mine for a 5 door from Parts Spares & Accessories for Triumph MG Rover Land Rover Discovery Freelander Defender Range Rover & Rover SD1 , was a tenner each if remember right , although rimmers is usually a tad more expensive than other places , try paddocks and craddocks too .

looks nice apart from the bullbar , if you are keeping the bar it needs some bloodstains,a dead dog , a walking stick and a rucksack hanging off it just to keep the anti 4x4 lot on their toes ! LOL

the mpi is a 2 litre T series , don't know what models it used to be in , but judging by how slow mine is off the mark , 0-60 in about an hour , i wouldn't be surprised to find they were slow too !

bit of advice on changing the spring , take a few pictures of how it all fits together BEFORE you pull it apart , even mobile phone taken pics are good enough to remind you where all the bits go when you are putting it back together , and you might want to buy some more of the plastic door studs...

have you checked your prop u/js and rubber donut ?

just bought a new single button fob from remote key and fitted it , . now have a set of spare keys that work for that just in case moment ....
