I used to have the same Problem. No warning light but no sufficent charging! There was a loose connection on the Alternator. fixed it but the voltage regulator was dead about 3 months later.

Disco Air suspension is not too complicated to maintain and fix, Parts are cheap and you are able to repair the compressor as well. No need to get rid of a very nice suspension.

And the leak oil pipe is free, did you test with air? It will build up pressure if the line to the tank is blocked somewhere!
