I followed this "how to" Replacing a 90 fuel tank - LR4x4 - The Land Rover Forum not too bad a job, but the old bolts were a bastard and some had to be drilled out! so you may want to get new beforehand. lots of wd40 applied to the areas for a couple of days prior also helped. you...

aye look for the intercooler, looks like a small silverish radiator about 15cm wide on the right hand side of the regular radiator (if yer looking at yer landy straight on) ......and dont call me shirley (snigger)

yep overnight worked a treat especially with this weather!! just make sure it's definatly dry before re-install I used busters guide, exactly the same for a 300tdi
