in my limited opinion , and after realising DO NOT GET YOUR CARPETS VALETED !!!! your becm is the main reason for gremlins in the electric department . I had to remove my becm remove carpets let dry outover 2 days , replaced and all worked fine . Any moisture in there is a nightmare for all...
