Think I have found the problem....sorry about the bad quality,seems the skim exposed a fault in the head and was causing exhaust gasses to escape into the cooling system

Head was skimmed just prior to installation and the old gasket was 'new' only got for the most 2 hours running time.....hoping it's not a crack in the block....how do u check that? Btw the head was pressure tested before the skim

Hey all, quick question I've noticed a difference in the tightening sequence between the values quoted on the cylinder head gasket and the values in the workshop manual.....the head gasket is el ring...any advice would be appreciated.
