Hi anyone got a zenith36iv spare that they could part with got cash i need the bottom half of the carb casing (has no 27 stamped on it). im pretty desperate to get one these before next week im in the south west but will drive most places, looked on ebay but no buy it now,can anyone can help...

well pretty sure that it was over fuelling so tried to adjust the mix and of course being a landrover the screw is knackered(bent previously? and for some reason solid in the casing). The mix bolt snapped than every effort to get it out resulted in the carb getting ruined.... so, does anyone...

well it was all going so well but the landy has now developed a mis fire on one of the cylinders. It has new leads, dizzy is tip top, new sparks,coil pack etc. The cylinder that is missing is causing the sparkplug to go black but not gungy. Any help could it be just a sticky valve or bad...

FINISHED everything is done (for now) got everything finished, everything works every last bulb,even the doors close properly, hoping to get it booked in for mot at end of the week get it on the road think it might be after christmas now but pleased its done. i get the workshop back now aswell...

Got all the lights working today ended up having to re wire pretty much all of it but looks smart just need it the weekend to get some more time on it.

Well all the brakes are working, had to replace the cylinders, handbrake works. all the lights work apart from main headlight so a little more wiring left to do. few more little bits on the exterior then off to the mot centre. Series 3 runs but dosent have any drive, have tried starting it...

yeah was the lower gasket (didnt need the new part in the end) so cut out a new one and stuck it all back together giving it a test run today see what happens. cheers for comments
