Just been to the RR garage and without even checking anything the mechanic said it'll be my oxygen sensors that are away! Can he really be that good? Not even look at car and know the problem just by me giving him the fault codes?

Yeh that was me last week too but was hopin someone had come across it before and could tell how to go about fixing it?

Hi Guys, i've got the fault codes P1177 - FMFR correction at its maximum negative value Y C & P1179 - AMFR correction at its maximum negative value Y C can anyone tell me what this means and how to fix it? Like where the problem is etc? Cheers

the previous owner put one of those cone sponge air filters on. i think the air to petrol mixtures are away off. On the first drive of the day when the lpg changes over it struggles to keep going when idling. Like it either starving of air or lpg but then after a few seconds it sorts itself out...

its a 4.6 petrol with lpg. i found the codes but got no idea what they mean.

eh no it just says a non standard code.

had exact same problem on mine mate. Turned out the alternator wasn't charging under load. Got a 2nd hand alternator for 35 quid and now sorted.

found a website saying its 37 front and 40 rear.

Hi Guys, i've just got myslef a set of 22" stormers for my p38. What tyre pressures should i use on the them. I'm guessing the 28 for the front and 38 for the back arent accurate as this is for the original wheels. Any help?

it's a small independant specialist. I never mentioned to him about it. Is it a pricey thing to get serviced. I dont have the space or the tools anymore so gettin most of my work done by this guy. He seems pretty fair and he's on the ball about most things.

is it just a set of range rover sport nuts i need? Do they fit the p38 ok?

alternator change successfully with battery attached. Took 5 mins. No eka issues and now no alternator fault coming up on dash display! :) Best 35 quid i've spent in a long time.

i'm just gonna go ahead and do job with battery attached and just make sure lives etc dont touch anything other than air. I'll update later if it works and if you's dont hear from me you know it hasnt worked and i've fried myself. got sidetracked sorting the timing on my boat engine there! Oh...
