sounds like brake fade ie when the brakes got very hot the brake fluid can boil and wont work as effective or at all have you got a sticking caliper???

wheel balance normally happens at about 60 i doubt wery much its that and unless the bearings are collapsed i doubt its them too i still say check prop UJ let me know if i helped
