You need the Alpine version - the earlier cars had Clarion radios. Expect to pay about £100 for one.

Clarion up to 1999. Alpine after that date. HSE had diversity model Clarions - these do the cd changer as well. The alpine versions all did cd. If its a 1996 then it should be a clarion.

If you have air con you may well find that there is a big black horizontal pipe blocking your view/access. If you can remove it you will find it easier to get at. The two on the other side are a real pain though! Seach party is on standby......

Coupler out - part number is AMR 3647. This is from a 1993 4.2LSE Softdash. We do have a whole grey interior but not a drivers seat on its own. Sorry.

Props off, drive shafts out, drain oil from axle, circle of bolts then bobs your uncle. No short cuts that I know of - if there are any it would be really handy for us to find out - saves time when we remove them!

The 2 types are very different. We have grey P38 seats but only tan leather RRc ones.
