After putting off fitting my rebuilt eas valve block which has transformed the car the hevac on start up displays open your cheque book !!! tempreture control is fine so i'm guessing the set screw mod is next!!

probably the sensor has been taken out by the failed bearing as the bearing goes the sensor gap gets to close and damages sensor

I get about 70 litres(which varies) into my 90 litre donut tank. I have a new 4.6 coscast v8 which has done about 10k i get a range of 160miles around town and 200miles on a motorway run at 80mph which i work out as around 10mpg around town and 15mpg on a run which is crap but who cares at 46p/l

It's strange but mine will only initialise if i plug obd in after ignition is switch on if i plug in then turn ign on it will not comm?

mine will only comm if i turn ignition till hevac comes on then plug lead in then initialise also check comm port i use a serial to usb adapter these are also port sensitive i always use same port on lap top brilliant software once up and running!

wheels are standard running 28 front 38 rear i was thinking maybe the bags do need replacing as they may of gone hard which may affect the ride are gen 2's an improvment over std i won't be doing off road so extra travel is no advantage just looking for supple ride
