Hi everybody, As per my previous postings my p38 to is suffering battery drain problems, i am living in a very rural area in France so do you think that the r/f moule could be the culprit (ie no ariels close by) As i only have a voltmeter, is this sufficient to monitor the battery condition...

Hi Everybody On the subject of batteries! Is it advised or should i not consider fitting a 95AH battery in place of the 70AH currentley fitted, will the higher capacity have any adverse effects, as well as on my pocket! Brian

Hi All I have read the posts re jacking up a p 38, just to be sure i would like to put the vechicle in my garage and then jack up and remove all 4 wheels, so it is ok to support say under the chassis and let all 4 wheels be unsupported? as long as either the tailgate is open or a door? thanks...

Hi Everybody Just an update the vechicle does not get used everyday, alarm fault showing , checked battery voltage 11.56 volts, charged overnight battery voltage 12.86 volts, no alarm fault showing, so i think a new battery as recomended be DATATEK thank you Brian

Hi Everybody Just thought i would post this information, for the past 3 weeks everytime i open the vechicle i would get ALARM FAULT AND THE BLEEP until i started the engine, today the battery just about turned over the engine once ,recharged during today, just started up no problem NO ALARM...

Hi everybody Job completed satisfactory, following tha advice given i found that it was not necessary to remove the handbrake grip as the switch panel complete with the old gaitor attached will come past the grip as the slot is taperedie wider at the bottom, thanks to all Brian

Hi Everybody I have a wire with a white connector loose uder the drivers seat, i can see that it comes from the seat belt fastener, but i cannot see where it should connect any ideas thanks
