Spent whole day putting new springs on front of my series 3 and having nice seized shackle pins that didn't want to move.

as far as i am aware has always been petrol. i was thinking maybe due tank as it has had loads of work done ready for overland expedition but was not sure and it does lead into one and a unit not sure if it works or not though.

i have swb series 3 safari and have found two pipes one which comes out the top of petrol tank and other one goes nowhere but looks like it was designed for the another fuel tank. could anyone help me gain an understanding of why there are two when only one goes to fuel tank.

i use trolley jack for Taking tyres off and parts if working under car i put axle stands as well just to be safe. Trolley jack gets it plenty high enough.

hi was wondering if anyone could help me with what i would need and how to go about setting up dual battery system with split charging for my series and what would i need. Also was wondering how you could isolate individual batteries i.e starting battery when engine off.

this is normal it will do the job just takes a bit longer than a standard car.

i had slight problem skidded on black ice and to get a tow out cost £60 for the call out then £70 for the tow and £22 VAT that was a proper company as was nothing to put rope on to pull myself out.

Hi im new to this forum and i have a series 3 petrol which on petrol is running okish sometimes feels not idling fast enough but then when i go on to LPG will imcrease power then just die. would anyone be able to help me with possible ideas please.
