    When you say SVS pack - do you mean the wires in a black plastic surround which bolts on to the bottom of the ABS unit? If so, then yes it may be faulty. However, carry out the SVS wiring mod. Cheers, Mike. :tea:

    ?? No idea what F4 on the dash is! A letter B next to the miles is bad news - BCU not talking to ECU. Usually if the HDC and TC lights (amber ones) come on , then the ABS one illuminates too (see 3 amigos). Auto or manual? Also I see this is your first post. Get on over to the introduction...

    Isn't the "giveaway" clue that the 15P engine has a cooler around the EGR pipe across the front of the engine?

    Didn't clean the MAP :doh: EGR is deleted. I'vve not touched the intercooler at all since I got the D2 2 years ago, would cleaning that out make much of a difference?

    Cleaned the AAP sensor. AAP only dropping about 2 kPa or so. Incidentally, what kind of ball park figures should I be seeing for all of these? Had another logged high inlet air temp fault. Could these be causing the random flat spot at 2000 rpm - backing off the power due to the hot inlet air...

    Definitely the transmission area and not the crankshaft pulley (the rubber part of the harmonic balancer can separate)?

    Aye - for the money, it'd be a shame not to replace the loom seeing as you'd have to disconnect it anyway.

    Mike - keep me posted on this. I've got an i930 too. I recently fired off an email with pics to Ribble Valley 4x4 (where I bought mine) so they can forward it to Terrafirma, because the unit doesn't give live engine data. HOWEVER. it does of course talk to the ABS and SLS (should you have it)...
