Hi, 300tdi 142k miles, timing belt done @ 112k miles, head done 138k miles - finding mild judder through the steering wheel and engine seems to complain / under perform between 2000-2500 rpm when accellerating, also there is a fan belt squeak as she accellerates - any suggestions?

Thanks Auzboy82 got any brands or websites for the seat your're talking about, the seat I have ( in the disco) has both options but the lap belt option doesn't give me much faith because it just secures the seat at the lap ( obviously!) leaving a lot of play at the top i.e. the top of the seat...

Re : The new defender with the transit engine. Firstly what does common rail mean? And can you make a direct comparison with the engine reliability of the van model with the defender model, surely there must be huge modification differences ? Thanks in advance.
