Well had a look this morning and its p***ing fluid from the bottom cooler pipe that goes into the rad! So - are these a pain to fit??????? Is this a common fault? Thanks guys Rich

Well its not red and its not petrol as its a 300tdi - oil then maybe? oil cooler i wonder....

Hope so although it was definately warm and fluid smelling and quite a pronounced drip - more of a small stream!!

Eeeeks! Hope not!! Replaced the pump last w/e...hmmmmm. Now did I tighten all the hose clips.......???

Hi everybody My auto box filler/dipstick tube has snapped down by the bell housing. Anybody suggest a fix for temporary and anybody know where I can get hold of one of these? Seems like I have asked everywhere!! Its a 1995 M plate Disco 300tdi. Cheers Rich

Hi people Being a bit of a tart I really want to clean up or replace me auto selector thingy. The bit that lights up and tells me that I'm not in reverse when I'm at the lights - All me numbers have come off! Anybody know where I can get another cuz I have tried everywhere....help! Other...

Many thanks CharlesY Got her home now so will investigate further. One thing - just before I lost PAS, my drive belt frayed. I was wondering if this could have damaged the pressurised sytem and allowed an ingress of air - thus stopping the PAS working. Hmmm - just a thought!! Richard.

Nobody got any ideas - oh no!!!!! Now im really stuck! Anybody tell me if I am doing any long term damage by driving it without the PAS?? Just topped it up again & same happened - somebody told me it may be an air leak???? Cheers - any info greatly received!!!! Thanks people - Rich

Hi everyone, Had the 300tdi for a month with no probs. Until today - lost the PAS in fits & starts then completely went . Strange thing is when it finally gave up the ghost it ejected a lot of PAS fluid out of the small breather hole in the side of the reservoir cap. There is no other leaks...
