Got the anti roll bar bushes today fitted them and the problem is sorted. Cheers for the advice guys a cheap and simple fix. Also de EGR'd it today another ten minute job and the throttle response is much better. Cheers again.

have had a look, there is a tiny bit of play in the roll bar so will order some bushes and change them. i have also noticed some fresh oil around the ace strut, the ace system feels tight and no pipe work is loose. Will have another look at this in the morning when it gets light and i can take...
